1. The highest bidder to be the buyer; and if any disputes arise between two
or more bidders the lot in dispute shall be immediately put up again and resold,
or not, as the auctioneer may decide, who is also to regulate the biddings and
be sole arbiter.
2. All articles are sold at so much each, each lot to be sold in its
entirety, unless noted otherwise by auctioneer.
All bidders are required to register in person at the cashiers desk, prior to
bidding with a valid B.C. drivers license or similar government ID where a numbered card will be issued, a deposit is required at this
time, payable by Visa, MasterCard or cash. Registration will include full name
and phone number. The bid card is to be shown at the
time of each purchase to the auctioneer. This system produces a more efficient
auction and preserves anonymity of buyers. Bidders are responsible for their
4. Full payment for purchases must be made at end of session. Payment can be
made by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Interact or Certified Cheque. No removal allowed
before full satisfactory payment is made.
5. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all faults, imperfections and
errors of description. Love’s Auctioneers & Appraisers Ltd. are not
responsible for errors of description or for genuineness or authenticity of any
lot, or for any fault or defect in it.
Purchases are to be removed at buyer’s expense and risk within 24 hours
after the conclusion of the session. In default of which, the auctioneers will
not be responsible for any loss or damage.
In case of inability to deliver any lot because of theft or any other
reason whatsoever, the responsibility of Love’s Auctioneers & Appraisers
Ltd. is based on the selling price of the lot only.
All measurements are approximate.
9. Bidding at the sale is in Canadian Dollars with an additional
fee added to the auction price and all applicable taxes which apply. A discount
of 3% on the Buyers Fee for Purchases paid for by cash / debit.
10. Love’s Auctioneers & Appraisers Ltd. act as agents only; they have
full discretion to refuse any bidding, to divide any lot, to combine any two or
more lots and to withdraw any lots from the sale without any given reason.
